If we receive a notice by our neighbours due to excessive noise or bad manners, we will charge 30,000 yen. Please understand that you may be asked to leave the room immediately.

*In case of unauthorized late check-out, a fee of 2,750 yen (tax not included) per 15 minutes will be charged.

■ How to calculate the room charge

・Noise (especially from nighttime to early morning) (30,000 yen fine + tax)
・Smoking and littering cigarette butts inside the room, on the balcony, or in the vicinity (50,000 yen fine + tax)
・Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood (30,000 yen fine + tax)
・Unauthorized exceeding of number of guests (20,000 yen x the number of additional guests)
・Defacement, damage, or taking away of indoor facilities (billing for expenses incurred in purchasing replacement items, etc.)
In the event that any of the above actions are observed, an additional fee will be charged.
■ Submission of guest information
All guests are required to submit the following information.
・Name, address, occupation, nationality
・Passport image (not required for guests residing in Japan)

・Please note that guests under high school age are not allowed to stay at without a guardian.
・The property is located in the Hakone area, which is rich in natural beauty. Therefore, insects (ants, mantis, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wild animals (wild boars, civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the area around the facility regardless of the season.
If you see a wild animal, please refrain from approaching it or yelling or otherwise provoking it.
Although we carefully check the rooms at the time of each cleaning and take regular measures to eliminate and prevent insects, unfortunately we are unable to completely prevent insect infestation. We hope you will understand that this is only possible in a location with abundant greenery.
If you are not comfortable with insects, we recommend that you refrain from using the facility.
